Delivery

What are the basics?

Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the available delivery services.*

In some countries, Nominated Day delivery is also available. If this service is available in your country, it'll show as an option at checkout.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Can I track my order?

Tracking is available on E-express services and on EMS/ UPS/Fedex/Aramax/SF-express. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our website backend with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

When will my order be delivered?

For custom made items are taking a longer time from 7-21 days production. If it placed the order during lunar new year it would be a month or more to delay. Normally it takes 7-21 days. For some items its in stock, It would take 3-7 days for the shipping preparation. and would ship the items in the valid shipment. it takes 7-21 days for E-express/ SF-express. 

For the speedy shipping, please choose ( EMS/ UPS/ Fedex/ SF-express)

We can ship the items to the Middle East via SF-express only.

What is your Returns Policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@hanacastlestore.com with details of the product and the defect when the items is received in 7 days. Returns and refund can not be made when its over 7 days. 

For the custom made items we are not accept the refund while the production starts.
We are not accept the refund for custom made items.
