About Preorder:

 

Orders will be shipped once the product arrives. If an item is still listed as in stock during the preorder period, it will be dispatched after arrival. We will provide estimated shipping timeframes, though delays may occur due to material or factory issues. Please consider these factors carefully before placing your order.

If a product is not shipped within six months and you wish to request a refund afterward, we can process a refund; however, a 5–8% handling and currency conversion fee may be deducted, as refunds after a specified period cannot be processed through the original payment method. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Refund the preorder items:

For preorder items, refunds can be requested within 60 days after purchase and will usually be issued via the original payment method.

If you directly request a refund through PayPal or your credit card provider, an 8% handling fee will be charged. Please contact us via WhatsApp to process your refund properly.

Customers who initiate PayPal or credit card refund requests without authorization may be added to a blacklist.
